Shipping and Delivery of Tree Planted Every Environment Day – Digital Certificate

At One Step Towards Peace (OSTP), we are dedicated to promoting environmental conservation through our tree planting initiatives every World Environment Day. As part of this effort, we acknowledge and appreciate the support of our donors by providing a digital certificate for every tree planted on their behalf. This page outlines the process for issuing and delivering these digital certificates.

Effective Date: 1 January 2024

1. Tree Planting Initiative

Each year on June 5, World Environment Day, One Step Towards Peace (OSTP) plants trees in various eco-sensitive locations to promote environmental sustainability. When you sponsor a tree, your contribution helps fund the planting, care, and long-term growth of the tree.

2. Digital Certificate

• For each tree you sponsor, OSTP will issue a Digital Tree Planting Certificate to recognize your contribution.
• The digital certificate will include details such as the type of tree planted, the planting location, and the date of planting.
• It will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the donation or sponsorship process.

3. Delivery Process

• The digital certificate will be sent via email within 15 business days of World Environment Day (June 5).
• Please ensure that you provide a valid and correct email address at the time of your donation to ensure timely delivery of your certificate.
• If you do not receive your digital certificate within the specified timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder. If the certificate is not found, you can contact us at care@onesteptowardspeace.com or officialonesteptowardspeace@gmail.com for assistance.

4. Non-Delivery of Digital Certificates

In the unlikely event that your digital certificate is not delivered, you can:

• Email us at care@onesteptowardspeace.com or officialonesteptowardspeace@gmail.com with the details of your donation (donor name, date of donation, and email used).
• We will verify the details and resend the digital certificate within 5 business days.

5. Accuracy of Information

Please ensure that all information provided, including your name and email address, is accurate and complete when making your donation. One Step Towards Peace (OSTP) is not responsible for errors in the issuance or delivery of digital certificates caused by inaccurate donor information.

6. Certificate Customization

• The digital certificate is standardized, and we currently do not offer customization options (such as personalized messages or additional details).
• If you require any special acknowledgment or have specific requests, please contact us prior to making your donation.

7. Changes to the Policy

One Step Towards Peace (OSTP) reserves the right to modify or update this Digital Certificate Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
